The
number of employees currently working in the dermatology department:-

Consultant Physician(1).

Senior
Registrar(2).
·
One clinic
inside the hospital building.
·
A large
private room for light therapy.
-Diagnosis
and treatment of dermatological cases in clinics. We currently operate (10)
clinics per week during the morning and evening periods.
-Visiting
in the hypnosis departments according to the request of each department who have skin diseases and their treatment.
-Responding
to all cases and calls form the emergency department for dermatology.
-In
the dermatology department, we have a phototherapy department, which is used to
treat patients with vitiligo for severe cases of psoriasis, and severe itching
(eczema).
Taking
samples under local anesthesia to help diagnose cases.-
Injecting
some treatments under the skin and in some scars and wounds (with cortisone).
Treatment
of warts by cryopreservation with nitrogen. -
-We
look forward soon to increasing the number of clinics and staff in the department, and ordering devices
specialized in the treatment of dermatology.
